Our own weaving facility on site gives us the ability to design and manufacture flat slings varying from 1T to 23T. We manufacture our lifting slings from 100% polyester fibres (PES), covering sling types; single, duplex, endless and quadplex constructions. Our flat slings are a more versatile solution than substitute products such as wire rope or chain options.

Standard Flat Slings (Single and Duplex)
Our most popular lifting sling. Available up to 12T, our standard flat slings are available in simplex (1 layer) and duplex (2 layer) forms and offer solutions to most lifting situations. Woven from high tenacity polyester yarn, these webbing slings feature low weight, flexibility of use and ease of handling. They give significant improvements in safety and costs in comparison to other lifting equipment.
Glow Flat Slings (Duplex)
Our innovative Glow flat slings are produced from webbing which incorporates reflective yarn, available in multiple constructions. The reflective yarn becomes active once light hits it, ideal for night time operations. Manufactured from 100% polyester fibres (PES). Available in 3T, 4T, 5T and 8T (standard) safety factor 7:1.
Endless Flat Slings
Also known as ‘belt slings’, we manufacture our endless flat slings in precisely the same way as our standard, but without the option of any metal end fittings or soft sewn eyes. Our endless slings are available up to 4T.
Quadplex Flat Slings
For superior performance, our quadplex slings feature a special design and consist of four layers and made from webbing. They are available up to WLL 23T and are compatible with a large range of hardware as well as standard sewn eyes.
Sling Accessories
Sleeves: We can manufacture different types of webbing sleeves for sling protection which can be made to customer specification. We can make sleeves in one or two parts, with or without hook and loop fastening, and to the size you require.
Hardware: The Delta Link – For use with any flat sling type, including simplex, duplex and quadplex. We offer various sizes to suit your sling requirements (up to 20T WLL).
